Originally from the North East of England, Fiona has, so far, lived and worked in over twenty-three houses in ten cities, in six countries.
A natural creative, Fiona has been involved in film and theatre since childhood. She sings soprano (both choral and opera), and works as a TV colourist, and a producer for Australian audio books and TV/film projects.
She has created several stories and poems across multiple genres, written one (unpublished) novel, scripted and shot one short film and written the lyrics to a song currently performed in a theatre-in-education show for preschoolers by Blue Whale Theatre.
She doesn’t mind a glass of red wine and a packet of crisps whilst watching murder mysteries on TV, and tries hard to keep plants alive in the garden.
And if that isn’t enough material to draw on she is married with three children ranging from 6 to 14 – and that number is definitely not changing!
