Pamela Ueckerman was born in England and began writing and illustrating silly stories from an early age. As a child, she was as much in love with Avonlea, Middle Earth and Narnia as she was with the limerick brilliance of Spike Milligan.
Pamela has worked as a software consultant, a web designer, a university tutor and a dance teacher.
She now lives in Melbourne and is the mother of two boys.
Pamela has a particular interest in early literacy and has won awards for her unpublished rhyming picture books and her first junior fiction novel.
She has one story published in the 2016 Creative Kids’ Tales Anthology Aliens, Animals and Amazing Places and will be published in two anthologies in 2017.
