The Vanilla Slice Kid by Adam Wallace & Jack Wodhams
Published by Ford Street Publishing
The Vanilla Slice Kid is a very good book. I think it's cool that he can shoot desserts out of his hand.
When he was born his parents didn't want him and he then shot cupcake into the Dr's mouth, and 12 years later he went to school. He didn't go to school for the first 6 years because his parents wanted to become rich because of his cakes, and when he went to school his nickname was 'Freak'. When he went home one day, these agents called Ugh and Ngg came to his house and took him to the centre where he met Nina and Tommy. Also, one of the teachers from his school was there, and the General was actually evil and he was the boss of the centre. Then one day when he went to the park with Nina and Tommy the General was there, and he used him as a cannon to the crowd, the fire brigade came to wash the gunk off everyone and then he kind of exploded and then he got his bionic leg. I thought the best thing was reading that the General got sent to jail for the rest of his life - for 141,079 years.
When he did the wedding cake, I didn't exactly get what he was doing to save his two friends and how he got a bionic leg.
I would rate it 9.5/10.
